Want to submit a proposal?

If you want to submit a proposal for research to be reviewed by the IRB, there are two methods. Both are equally effective and efficient. You may submit a proposal using an online form that is filled out and submitted electronically. Be aware that this form does not allow you to save your unfinished work for completion later. Alternatively, you may submit a proposal as a Microsoft Word file. Instructions for submitting the forms are provided with the online form and the Word file (see below)
