Your health is a priority. SAU’s Whole Health Initiative, a comprehensive partnership with the Whole Health Institute, will bring specialized training and new wellness resources to our campus community.
The new Taking Charge of My Life & Health series helps you explore Whole Health concepts and discover how they can improve your well-being. You’ll learn how to find your own meaning, aspirations, or purpose (MAP) in life and take steps toward positive, self-directed change.
Wellness is more than just physical health; it encompasses your mind, body, and financial future. As we prepare for this exciting launch, we want to remind you of the robust benefits already available to you:
Medical & Preventive Health
Staying healthy starts with prevention. Your current coverage ensures you can manage your health proactively without financial strain. Preventive care not only helps you avoid illness, but also supports your mental, emotional, and social well-being. By taking steps to maintain your physical health—such as regular checkups, screenings, and vaccinations—you build a strong foundation that positively impacts every aspect of your whole health, from staying focused and resilient to enjoying a more active and connected lifestyle.
Annual Health Evaluations
Free preventive checkups and immunizations to track your vital health metrics and immunizations.
