Southern Arkansas University’s Program Administrator Licensure program prepares educators for leadership roles in curriculum and school programs. Designed for those who already hold a master’s degree in an appropriate area, this online, 18-credit-hour, non-degree program focuses on the responsibilities of a program/curriculum administrator.

Internship and Portfolio
Candidates complete an administrative internship and project as part of the program. Before enrolling in the internship, they must meet the applicable coursework, practicum, application, and program requirements. Candidates must also prepare and satisfactorily defend a portfolio aligned with the appropriate administrative licensure standards before applying for licensure.
Admissions
Applicants must hold a master’s degree in an appropriate area and meet the requirements for admission to SAU’s non-degree licensure program. Prospective students should consult the program advisor about admission and licensure requirements for their circumstances.
