GenCorp Foundation Scholarship
A $4,000 scholarship will be awarded to a mechanical engineering student during the 2014-2015 academic year. The scholarship has been made possible by GenCorp Foundation; GenCorp is an aerospace and defense company based in at Camden Arkansas. Here is additional info and requirements:
- Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen
- Preference given to female or minority students, but can be awarded to other students if there are no female or minority applicants.
- Student to provide evidence of financial need and write an essay – 2 pages max
- Can be for any class level, freshman to senior.
- Student must apply at the SAU Foundation website
- Either apply online or fill out the form and send it to the Foundation.
Lowrance and Marilyn Hodge Engineering Scholarship
- Criteria: A pre-engineering student
- Essay on why the applicant deserves the award
- Completed Scholarship Application
- Apply: SAU Foundation
- Awarded by: SAU Foundation Scholarship Committee
