The Mulerider Activity Center, or MAC, began construction in 2008 as a part of Dr. Rankin’s Blue and Gold Vision and opened in 2011. The center is a 30,000-square-foot facility that offers a multi-sport gym, an indoor walking track, weight and exercise rooms, studio space for dance and exercise, and meeting rooms. The center is a controlled-access facility with a strict ID policy, and membership is granted to all current undergraduate and graduate students with an up-to-date student ID. Equipment can be checked out from the MAC for daily or weekly use.
