Magnolia Hall is a three-story co-ed dorm that opened in 2016 and is home to upper-level students with 30 or more credit hours who want to participate in the Living-Learning Communities (LLCs) of SOAR, Outdoor Sports and Recreation, or Studiers Unite. The hall has kitchenettes on every floor, computer labs, common areas, and hybrid-style bathrooms. The furniture in the rooms is movable so that residents can arrange it to their liking. All first-floor rooms are designated as 24-Hour Quiet rooms for students in the Studiers Unite LLC.
