Burns-Harsh Hall, built in 2017, is a small one-story hall that houses only beginning first-year students in the Leadership College Living-Learning Community (LLC). It has a kitchenette and hybrid-style bathrooms. To be accepted to Leadership College LLC, first-year students must apply through the housing application and have a minimum ACT of 19 or a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher. They must also attend Leadership Academy for a weekend in the summer and 15 hours of community service per semester. Amenities include Wi-Fi, Laundry, a Common Area, AC, and a Computer Lab.
