The Bachelor of Science in Integrated Livestock Management is an interdisciplinary degree designed to prepare graduates for management and leadership roles within the beef or poultry industries. The program integrates foundational and applied coursework in animal science, agricultural business, and marketing to develop a systems-based understanding of livestock production. Students gain knowledge and skills related to animal health and nutrition, production efficiency, financial and business management, and marketing strategies specific to beef or poultry enterprises. Emphasis is placed on data-driven decision-making, profitability, sustainability, and industry-relevant problem solving to prepare graduates for careers across the livestock production, processing, and agribusiness sectors.
