The IT Helpdesk serves as a single point of contact for all information technology services and is staffed during regular University office hours. Southern Arkansas University students, faculty and staff can contact the Helpdesk regarding such computer issues as e-mail, hardware, software, networking, University Computer Accounts, computing labs, and other services.<\/p>\n
