This is where your journey takes shape through action, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow in many directions.<\/p>\n<p>As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for engaging, leading, and developing your team in a warehouse environment. Your main focus will be motivating, mentoring, and managing your team to meet goals. Amazon provides extensive training and development to become an exceptional people leader. As a people manager, you will ensure that your team has all the tools needed to succeed and maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance at work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support, mentor, and motivate 50-100 direct-report Amazon Associates.<\/li>\n<li>Work independently and operate in an autonomous environment.<\/li>\n<li>Stand\/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Willing and able to regularly work shift patterns that include nights, weekends, and\/or holidays based on business needs.
