MaloneBailey provides audit and accounting services to public and private companies. We are an exclusive company as one of a few firms worldwide that serve a substantial number of public company clients, including NYSE, NASDAQ, and OTC-listed companies. MaloneBailey is a member of HLB, The Global Advisory and Accounting Network.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Become familiar with pronouncements of the Financial Accounting Standards Boards and AICPA.<\/li>\n<li>Become proficient at auditing financial statements for clients.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain exposure on the types of financial statement engagements offered by the Firm.<\/li>\n<li>Assume responsibility for various segments of audits under supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Be familiar with current accounting principles and auditing techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Execute day-to-day activities of audit engagements for multiple clients.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with clients to help audit team efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate auditing matters and problems to Senior Associates, Managers, and Partners.<\/li>\n<li>Acquire a working knowledge of the client\u2019s business.<\/li>\n<li>Become oriented with the Firm\u2019s practices, policies, and culture.<\/li>\n<li>Establish a Continuing Professional Education program to include participation in training sessions, reading, and self-study programs, in preparation for a supervisory role.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Professionalism, dependability, integrity, and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Dedicated to superior client service.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants can learn more information and apply online <a href=\"https:\/\/www.malonebailey.com\/Careers\/Current-Opportunities\/#op-695913-audit-associate-houston-start-date-september-2026\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Audit Associate for MaloneBailey LLP is expected to acquire and develop competence, skills, and judgment in accounting principles and auditing procedures.
