The Lab\/X-ray technician is a member of the care team and works to provide timely and accurate laboratory and diagnostic imaging services. \u00a0The technician is responsible for maintaining laboratory and imaging equipment, supplies, records, and procedures in accordance with all CLIA, OSHA, COLA, MHSI policy and procedures, and ADH Radiology standards. \u00a0The Lab\/X-Ray technician is expected to work with the Lab\/X-Ray Director, COO, Physicians, Mid-Level Providers, and the Clinic Manager to provide quality and efficient lab and imaging services. \u00a0Travel may be required to acquire and maintain training and\/or any applicable license.\u00a0The Lab\/X-ray technician is involved in continuous Quality Improvement practices and measures as set by Mainline Health Systems, Inc. and in which the practice focus is based on a Patient Centered Medical Home model of care.<\/p>\n
