Overstreet\u2019s tenure as president, which was from 1921 to 1945. He was the last principal of Third District Agricultural School and the first president of Magnolia A&amp;M, which would later become SAU. Overstreet Hall fronts the campus with a pillared, colonial facade. The three-story building houses the chief administrative offices and the Office of Financial Services on the first floor. The Office of Admissions and Academic Advising and the Assistance Center are on the second floor.
