It has a kitchenette and hybrid-style bathrooms. To be accepted to Leadership College LLC, first-year students must apply through the housing application and have a minimum ACT of 19 or a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher. They must also attend Leadership Academy for a weekend in the summer and 15 hours of community service per semester.
