MuleWriters is the virtual SAU Writing Center! Now you can conference with a writing consultant, even when you can’t be on campus. With our flexible hours, including evening and weekend scheduling, MuleWriters allows you the same great service you find at the SAU Writing Center, including
personalized attention from a trained consultant,
helpful feedback on your writing, and
strategies you can use for future writing assignments,
all without leaving your home computer! Using Blackboard, writers and consultants can meet at MuleWriters and chat about the student's writing in real time. To schedule a MuleWriters conference...

STEP ONE: |
Send us an e-mail at writingcenter@saumag.edu or call us at (870) 235-4381 to list your preferred conference time and second choice. |

STEP TWO: |
Watch for an e-mail from us giving you a) confirmation about the time and b) the username and password you will need to log into MuleWriters on Blackboard, as well as c) instructions for how to start the conference. |

STEP THREE: |
Log onto Blackboard at your scheduled time and join MuleWriters. The e-mail instructions and the consultant will help you from there. If you have questions or something doesn't work, call the Writing Center (235-4381) or e-mail us. |
