You will take these copied elements that I have handed to you in class. Combined with painted swatches of the following proportions :

1 painted 2" square of yellow

1 painted 2" square of red

1 painted 2" square of blue

1 painted 2" square of green

You will then take all of these elements are rearrange them into a pleasing, interesting and creative design. You may not add any additional elements, unless they are painted. You may alter the ones you have by cutting them apart and putting them back together. You should try and use as much of the original elements as possible. You may also overlap and underlap as you see fit.

The final size of y our image will be within a 12" square, mounted to foamboard with a 1 and 1/2 border all the way around. Good luck, have fun, and the more creative the better.
