ASIA LINKS   CHARLES A. KELLER, ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR OF HISTORY       COURSES




     Dr. Keller's email .    Southern Arkansas University, Magnolia, AR.  Ph.D., University of Kansas, 1996; M.A., B.A., A.S., Oklahoma State University.  Professor Keller teaches a variety of Asian history courses, World history, and American history surveys. He has lived in Taiwan and China, and traveled in India, South Korea, Singapore, and Japan, and has language skills in Mandarin Chinese.  His research includes work on intercultural relations, Chinese Christianity, and NGOs published in Republican China, and The Journal of American-East Asian Relations. He is currently completing a book manuscript on the Chinese YMCA.  Professor Keller is the SAU faculty advisor for the campus chapter of Phi Alpha Theta, the National Honor Society in History.         Back to SAU Homepage
