Magnolia, AR--Smith and Street's national football magazine has picked Southern Arkansas University 18^th in NCAA Division II for the 2000 season.

Two other Gulf South Conference members were also ranked. Arkansas Tech University, the defending GSC champion, was selected 10^th and State University of West Georgia 25^th.
