Counseling, Treatment, or
Rehabilitation Resources
|
There are a number of groups,
offices, agencies, and hospitals in south Arkansas that offer drug treatment
and rehabilitation services and programs. Additional resources can be
located in the yellow pages of the telephone directory under the headings
"Alcoholism Information and Treatment Centers" and "Drug
Abuse and Addiction Information and Treatment."
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Team (ADAPT)
The ADAPT program promotes the prevention of alcohol and other drug
abuse. ADAPT provides many activities and awareness programs to
facilitate its purpose. The ADAPT Student Group promotes students
wanting to take an active role in the education of the harmful effects of
alcohol and drugs and encouraging healthy choices among their peers.
