Registration Process - Distance Practicum Course
Note: Print this page. ALL steps must be completed in order for
registration to be complete.
Step 1. Admissions/Application
- Complete the Application for Admission Form and mail to the address
provided.
- Official college transcript
Graduate students only - Official college transcript with Bachelor's or
Master's degree notation.
Step 2. Fees
Undergraduate - $755.00 Graduate - $935.00
Step 3. Fee Payment
Payment can be made by personal check, credit card (VISA, MasterCard or
Discover) or Money Order.
If paying by personal check, allow two weeks for processing.
If paying by credit card, complete the necessary information on the
application form.
Step 4. Materials for course
Materials and associated cost are provided on the application form.
