Registration Process - Graduate

Note: Print this page. ALL steps must be completed in order for registration to be complete.

Step 1. Admissions/Application

(Note: All new students and students that are not currently enrolled must complete this step before going to "Step 2.")

Applications will not be considered until all required materials have been submitted based on the following deadlines: 

  • Fall Semester: July 1
  • Spring Semester: December 1
  • Summer Sessions (I & II): May 1

A. Submit the Graduate Application for Admission Form or mail to the address provided.

B. If you are a degree seeking student, the following documents should be submitted to the School of Graduate Studies:

  • Immunization Record (if born after 01/01/57 with proof of MMR shot.)
  • GRE/MAT scores
  • Official transcript from all colleges or universities attended, reflecting a bachelor's or master's degree mailed directly from each college or university.
  • Valid teaching license (if applicable)

C. If you are a non-degree seeking student, the following documents should be submitted to the School of Graduate Studies:

  • Immunization Record (if born after 01/01/57 with proof of MMR shot.)
  • Official transcripts from all institutions of higher education which the student has attended sent directly from the college/university.
  • Non-Degree intent/waiver form

D. If you are a transient student, the following documents should be submitted to the School of Graduate Studies:

  • A letter of good standing and recommendation of the Dean of the Graduate School of their home campus.

E. Students will be notified in writing when they have been officially admitted to Graduate School.

Step 2. Advisement/Registration

All students are required to talk to an advisor prior to registering for classes. For advising and registration, contact the School of Graduate Studies - 870-235-4150.

Step 3. Fee Payment

B. Payment can be made by cash, personal check, credit card (VISA or MasterCard), or through FACTS Tuition Management Company's e-Cashier.

  • If paying by credit card, call 870-235-4013 and provide necessary information.
  • Payments made with personal check or cash must be done in person.
  • Click here to set up a payment plan through FACTS Tuition Management Company's e-Cashier.
