Registrar's Office

The Office of the Registrar, 101 Nelson, supervises registration for classes, transcript requests, and veteran's administration and athletic certification.  Mid-term grades may be picked up during the ninth class week of each semester.

Social Security Number

Students needing to use a number other than their Social Security Number as their Student ID Number should contact the Office of the Registrar.  Applications for financial aid and W-4 forms for student payroll will require a Social Security Number for processing.

Name Change

If a student produces a divorce decree and a new social security card in her maiden name then this will be sufficient documentation for changing her name from her married name back to her maiden name.  This will be sufficient even though the divorce decree does not specifically state a restoration of the maiden name.  Under Arkansas law a person can change their name at will as long as there is no intent to defraud.
