Helpdesk
The Helpdesk serves as a single point of contact for all information technology
services and is staffed 8 hours per day (8am-5pm), 5 days per week (M-F).
Southern Arkansas University students, faculty and staff can contact the
Helpdesk regarding any computer issue including e-mail, hardware, software,
networking, University Computer Accounts, computing labs, and other services.
Students, faculty, and staff can submit desktop support requests, user
training requests, and questions, by telephone, email , or in person at the
Helpdesk Office.

To contact the Helpdesk by phone, dial (870)235-4083. An analyst will be available to assist you with your problem, question, or request.

Send an email to helpdesk@saumag.edu and a workorder will be created on your behalf.
Helpdesk staff continuously monitor email requests and will provide assistance as quickly as possible.

In Person: Helpdesk is located in Camp Hall, Room 116.
